Everyone was very friendly. Viviana was wonderful to work with, she was understanding and confident they could help me. Office is clean. It was hard to understand a couple of the staff who were wearing masks. I wish they would have talked louder. I wish the process of my dental treatment plan was made a little more clear. But I was in middle of a treatment plan and moved dental offices to Del Oro. They seem to be busy with last minute patients needing more extensive treatment plans. We were interrupted twice with another dental assistant asking doctor about next steps with said patient. Overall I’m happy with services I received so far.

I was just notified that I had a balance due on my account. They say the work they did on me in November 2024 a portion was not covered because I exceeded my maximum for the year. How am I supposed to know my maximum they are the ones doing the work on me and doing the billing. They are the only dentist I went to so they should know how to add up my billing stuff. If I had known I would have stopped them from doing any extra work. They are supposed to be the professional ones and take care of me not try to do extra work knowing the insurance had exceeded the maximum. I would like to have a higher up in the company get involved in this injustice. I truly believe they do some kind of fraudulent overcharge to cover up their mistakes especially after reading some of these other reviews. I should have read them first before going in to see them in the first place.
Update: I just spoke to the insurance people and they said I still had $500 left for the year of 2024, they are resubmitting the claims for me to see if it goes lower but my question is how can the dental office say I owe $1000 that went over the maximum??
